I was in Victoria recently and was interested in buying a condo..with multiple offers on each property it was very difficult. I met Andrea Prowse from Capital City Group. She found a property and since I was no, longer in Victoria took the time twice to visit the property using zoom and made sure that I’m looked at the condo thoroughly before making an offer. Andrea Prowse is not only professional, honest and easy to deal with that I was very comfortable buying the property even though I was out of province.
